Age 25	Still living at home with Parents, unemployed, no money available.
Age 26	Earning 15k as internal sales in IT Company. Buys first house at Ł40k, but not really sure about how can afford it and so gets students to live there as well.
Age 27	Salary increased to 35k per year due to commission, but also through hard work, determination and focus. Few more properties purchased through cash saved and refinance. Towards end of year, a career promotion and a move to Swindon for a year as external sales executive.
Age 28	Promotion to Tier 1 Computer Manufacturer as Corporate Account Manager, earning 100k per annum and a move back to home City of Leeds.

How much "Life Energy" does it take for you to achieve financial freedom?

For some, it takes everything they have just to make ends meet, and instead of spending time with kids and family, etc; they spend it on working to make money.
